About A Level Tips

Teachers should not have to work in a fog.

Too often a teacher is handed a Cambridge Business class, a syllabus and a start date, and left to build every lesson from nothing while teaching a full timetable. I have been that teacher, and I have managed departments where it was happening to good people. The materials here come from that experience. Every topic is taught through a real business, with a video case study chosen for that topic, whether that is a cocoa cooperative in Indonesia, Google, Disney or a family firm, so students meet a different story in every lesson while the discussion questions, learning checks and exit tickets give them a routine they can rely on. Teach it as it is on Monday, change it on Tuesday.

I am Josh. I teach Cambridge Business and hold UK Qualified Teacher Status, an MBA and a Master of Education. I have worked in, supported and led schools across South East Asia, including Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
